  7. This program is used to convert numbers between
  8. decimal, hexadecimal, binary and a string of four
  9. characters according to the 4 bytes in the internal
  10. 32bit long-variable.

  12. It doesn't change anything in a file or something,
  13. just as you type one kind of a number in the GUI
  14. you will get the other three types displayed.
